Code of Professional Ethics
The Code of Professional Ethics is a set of guidelines for the faculty, staff and students of Falakata College. It is intended to provide guidance for the conduct of all members of the college. We all are members of a family and by following the principles of honesty, integrity, discipline and responsibility, we can create a positive, useful and potent atmosphere for learning. This Code of Professional Ethics is enforced by the administration of the college and any violation of the code is liable to disciplinary action.
Faculty and Staff
- Faculty and Staff shall treat students with affection, attachment and adoration regardless of their religion, gender, caste or creed.
- Faculty and Staff shall maintain high standards in their personal and professional life.
- Faculty and Staff shall avoid conflict of interest.
- Faculty and Staff shall be fair and impartial in their dealings with the students.
- Faculty and Staff shall uphold the educational integrity of the college.
Students
- Students shall respect their Teachers, staff and elders.
- Students shall be honest, attentive and ethical in their classes.
- Students shall be responsible for their learning and attendance.
- Students shall contribute in maintaining the learning atmosphere in the college.
- Students shall obey the rules and regulations of the college.
